Our client, a leading international organization, is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to support its European operations. In this role, you will report to the Talent Management Manager (Europe) and work closely with HR and business stakeholders across the region. You will play a key role in delivering talent management initiatives, providing expert guidance on employee relations matters, and supporting a wide range of people-focused programs and projects across the European business.
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Management, combined with broader HR expertise.
- Strong background in Employee Relations and Talent Management.
- Solid knowledge of Hungarian employment law, HR processes, and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Flexibility to adapt priorities to evolving business needs.
- Experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
