Talent Acquisition Research North America

You will lead full-cycle recruiting for research and engineering roles in the US. You will partner with technical leaders, source and close researchers and engineers, advise on talent-market conditions, improve recruiting operations with data, and build technical talent pipelines and interview practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technical leaders to define hiring needs and role specifications
• Own full-cycle recruitment across Research Science and Research Engineering
• Advise hiring managers on market mapping, leveling, compensation positioning, and talent markets
• Source passive and active research and engineering candidates
• Conduct intake and calibration sessions with hiring managers
• Drive recruiting pipelines and close candidates
• Guide candidates through the hiring process
• Develop technical recruiting processes, tools, and documentation
• Analyze pipeline data and propose solutions
• Build market maps, competitive intelligence, and talent pools
• Standardize technical interview rubrics, scorecards, and debrief practices
• Contribute to technical talent acquisition strategy and employer-brand initiatives

Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience
• 2+ years of experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Experience recruiting for Research Science and Research Engineering roles
• Experience hiring research engineers, research scientists, and senior research talent
• Sourcing expertise in US research and engineering talent markets
• Experience with relocation and visa-driven hiring
• Experience with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby
• Familiarity with the AI and machine learning research landscape
