Talent Acquisition Recruiter GTM

You will run end-to-end GTM recruiting across Singapore, Sydney, and Japan. You will coordinate interviews across time zones, manage candidate communication and data in Ashby, conduct reference checks, support screening, align on hiring priorities, and improve APAC recruiting processes and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM hiring across Singapore, Sydney, and Japan
• Manage interview logistics across time zones
• Align hiring priorities, pipeline health, and process improvements
• Build recruiting practices for the APAC market
• Serve as a primary candidate contact
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Ashby
• Track candidate progress and next steps
• Conduct reference checks and synthesize insights
• Support initial candidate screens
• Identify and implement recruiting-process improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for enterprise software, AI-native, or financial-services organizations
• Experience hiring across multiple APAC territories, including Japan
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ATS tools, preferably Ashby
• Experience working across time zones and with senior stakeholders
