You will lead full-cycle hiring for engineering roles, partner with hiring managers on search strategies, source technical candidates, and manage agency relationships. You will design interview processes, negotiate offers, represent the technical vision externally, and use recruiting analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering leaders on role design and talent profiles
- Develop sourcing strategies for technical talent
- Design and execute interview processes
- Manage the candidate lifecycle from screening through offer
- Manage negotiations and agency relationships
- Represent the technical vision at industry events and through networks
- Use recruiting analytics to improve processes
- Deliver a professional candidate experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing and hiring for engineering roles
- Understanding of technical skill sets and engineering organization structures
- Ability to manage multiple technical searches
- Experience with Ashby
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with sourcing tools
- Communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
