Description
You will source and engage candidates across engineering, product, operations, compliance, and sales. You will coordinate interview processes, keep candidates and hiring managers moving, automate recruiting workflows using Ashby, n8n, and AI, and lead a larger project such as sourcing, employer branding, or hiring analytics.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate interview processes and keep hiring managers and candidates moving
- Build and automate recruiting workflows using Ashby, n8n, and AI
- Own a larger project involving sourcing, employer branding, or hiring analytics
Requirements
- Be currently pursuing or hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a stellar institution
- Have one to two previous internships or roles in high-growth startups, venture capital, or consulting, or demonstrated initiative through side projects, student organizations, research, or entrepreneurial experiences
- Be available for three to six months
- Be based in Berlin or willing to relocate
- Build workflows in n8n, Zapier, or Make
- Be comfortable speaking with senior leaders, hiring managers, and candidates
