Strategic Finance Senior Manager

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across markets, products, and entities. You will prepare board materials, challenge business assumptions using financial analysis, support investor due diligence, and improve finance processes and reporting accuracy through automation and AI.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly and weekly reporting cycles.
• Prepare board and management reporting materials.
• Partner with product and commercial leaders to optimize unit economics and growth accountability.
• Surface variances and deliver actionable insights.
• Support capital raising through data-room preparation and financial due diligence materials.
• Improve finance systems and processes using automation and AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, or corporate FP&A.
• Advanced financial modelling skills.
• Communication and storytelling skills for senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of fintech business models, unit economics, and market trends.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives autonomously.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth technology companies is a plus.
