You will develop and implement strategic capture plans for software and simulation portfolios focused on senior US government and military Data and AI offices. You will build relationships with decision makers, drive multi-year program wins, anticipate customer needs, and influence policy, requirements, and solicitations.

- Drive teams toward multi-year strategic program wins with US government Data and AI agencies
- Build and maintain relationships with US government and military AI decision makers
- Anticipate customer needs
- Influence policy, requirements, and solicitations to align with product portfolios
Requirements
- At least 10 years of strategic capture or policy-development experience in the US government
- Knowledge of US government and military data and AI policy processes
- Experience with emerging technologies and AI
- Leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams
- Active Secret clearance
- Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in US government AI policy agencies
