Strategic Autonomy Capture Manager PACOM

You will develop and implement strategic capture plans for mission-autonomy portfolios. You will build relationships with PACOM decision makers, guide teams toward multi-year program wins, anticipate customer needs, and influence policy, requirements, and solicitations to align with the portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic capture plans for mission-autonomy product portfolios
• Drive teams toward multi-year PACOM autonomy program wins
• Build and maintain relationships with PACOM decision makers
• Anticipate customer needs
• Influence policy, requirements, and solicitations to align with product portfolios

Requirements

• At least 10 years of strategic capture or policy-development experience in the US government
• Knowledge of PACOM theater priorities and decision-making processes
• Operational mission exposure
• Experience with emerging technologies and AI
• Leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams
• Active Secret clearance
• Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Prior PACOM assignment experience
