Startup Lawyer

You will advise on technology transactions and a broad range of legal matters, including intellectual property, sales, marketing, patent portfolio management, trademarks, standards participation, business development, M&A, recruiting, and procurement. You will make decisions, build processes, and partner with non-legal stakeholders to support business growth.

• Make decisions and build processes that improve a growing business
• Engage non-legal partners to support business growth

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree
• Active membership in at least one state bar
• 7+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Experience advising on a broad range of legal issues, including intellectual property, sales, marketing, patent portfolio management, trademarks, standards participation, business development, M&A, recruiting, and procurement
• Expertise or willingness to develop expertise in technology transactions
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology
