Staff Technical Program Manager

You will lead complex technical programs spanning hardware, software, infrastructure, and data center operations. You will manage dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs; use automation and operational data to improve execution; and communicate program information and decisions to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive programs spanning hardware, software, infrastructure, and data center operations
• Connect technical dependencies, operational data, and engineering workflows
• Improve deployment, scaling, execution, visibility, and decision-making
• Identify dependencies and evaluate technical tradeoffs
• Build scalable workflows and automation
• Translate metrics, risks, and dependencies into executive-level reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years leading complex technical programs, tooling initiatives, or data-driven engineering operations
• Understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, runtime systems, and hardware-software interfaces
• Technical depth across hardware, firmware, compilers, software, infrastructure, and deployment
• Experience with APIs, telemetry, data pipelines, dashboards, CI/CD, SQL, Python, scripting, and engineering management platforms
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology
