Staff Software Engineer

You will write code daily while shaping technical strategy and architecture across teams. You will design enterprise-scale systems, lead design reviews, refactor key systems, balance speed with resilience and cost, and advise leadership on engineering capacity and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Write code to deliver business value

• Write foundational code, lead design reviews, and refactor key systems
• Advise leadership on engineering capacity and market and customer demands
• Set standards for iteration, action, and pragmatic engineering quality

Requirements

• Typically 10–12+ years of technical leadership experience
• Track record of organization-level or industry-level impact
• Deep experience with enterprise-scale systems
• Experience leading multi-team architecture
• Ability to work at strategic and technical-detail levels
• Experience working in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
