Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack

Build and enhance customer-facing features with a frontend focus, own key features from architecture through deployment and support, create performant interfaces for AI insights, and improve engineering practices, tooling, and system health.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance customer-facing features, especially frontend experiences
• Own end-to-end development of key features from architecture through deployment and support
• Create intuitive and performant user interfaces for AI insights
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews, documentation, and engineering practices
• Partner with product and design to translate customer needs into technical solutions
• Evolve development practices and tooling to support sustainable scaling
• Own system and product health and make data-driven decisions

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Work from the New York City office 3+ days per week
• Proficiency in TypeScript frameworks
• Experience with Node.js and REST API design
• Experience with mobile or web performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
