Staff Quality Engineer

You will own escalated product-quality issues, analyze performance and failure data, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions. You will develop preventive controls, maintain a knowledge base, communicate investigation status, and align R&D, Aftersales, and Manufacturing on Sealminer quality matters.

Responsibilities

• Own tracking and resolution of escalated product-quality issues.
• Investigate performance and failure data.
• Identify root causes and escalate complex technical problems.
• Develop preventive quality measures, validation plans, and process controls.
• Prioritize and triage quality issues.
• Provide engineering or process solutions.
• Coordinate R&D, Aftersales, and Manufacturing stakeholders.
• Maintain a knowledge base of failure modes and best practices.
• Communicate investigation and corrective-action status.
• Complete assigned ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• Experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar technical role.
• Hardware and electronics experience.
• Technical data analysis for root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Project-management and organizational skills.
