Staff Firmware Engineer

You will develop and debug low-level C/C++ firmware for microcontrollers and SoCs. You will implement boot, power, and reset sequences, perform board bring-up, diagnose hardware-software issues with lab tools, and contribute to validation, testing, and engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and debug firmware for microcontrollers and SoCs.
• Implement boot, power, and reset sequences.
• Perform board bring-up and diagnose issues across the hardware-software boundary.
• Contribute to firmware architecture, validation, production, and continued improvement.
• Contribute to design reviews, testing strategies, engineering standards, and mentorship.

Requirements

• Experience building reliable software for real-world embedded systems.
• Ability to work across architecture, implementation, debugging, and system-level engineering.
• Ability to make tradeoffs involving reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
