Staff Engineer DevOps

You will own and maintain the build system for autonomous aircraft software. You will improve build and test cycles, resolve integration failures, automate validation with CI, HIL, and simulation environments, and implement performance monitoring, dashboards, and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the native C++ software build process
• Reduce build and test cycle time and eliminate pipeline bottlenecks
• Collaborate with software engineers to design and implement solutions
• Resolve build and test failures and establish integration best practices
• Integrate CI pipelines with HIL and simulation environments
• Implement build-system performance monitoring dashboards and alerts
• Use agentic solutions to identify root causes of build failures

Requirements

• BS in CS, CE, EE, or a related field with 7+ years of industry experience, or an MS/PhD with 5+ years
