Staff Deployment Strategist

You will lead strategic AI deployments for Global 2000 customers, from defining the value thesis through production and expansion. You will translate business needs into scalable product capabilities, build prototypes and business plans, manage executive stakeholders, guide trade-offs, and share validated customer learnings with product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation deployments for strategic Global 2000 customers
• Manage business and technical stakeholders throughout deployment, production, and expansion
• Translate customer needs into reusable product capabilities
• Build prototypes, make product changes, and create business plans
• Bridge customer requirements and product capabilities
• Navigate workflow, ROI, and change-management ambiguity
• Lead trade-off, scope, and timeline discussions with strategic accounts
• Influence Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Feed validated customer learnings into the product roadmap

Requirements

• 7–12 years of enterprise software experience in solution architecture, product, or consulting
• Proven customer-facing delivery experience
• Ability to translate customer outcomes into product capabilities
• Experience presenting to C-suite business and technical stakeholders
• Experience building client-specific roadmaps aligned with platform strategy
• Ability to scope features, assess feasibility, and ensure supportability
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Hands-on experience building prototypes, making product changes, and creating business plans
