Staff C++ Build and Release Engineer

You will own C++ build and release workflows from source through deployment. You will evolve containerized CI/CD pipelines, maintain edge-deployment images and artifact repositories, improve dependency reproducibility, validate releases, and work with engineers and system administrators to ensure reliable delivery in isolated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own C++ build and release workflows from source through release
• Develop containerized CI/CD pipelines across isolated environments
• Build and maintain container images for edge deployment
• Manage JFrog and Artifactory repositories and improve versioning, retention, and promotion
• Improve C++ dependency and build reproducibility
• Validate and deploy autonomy and vision products, tools, and libraries
• Collaborate with engineers and system administrators to ensure deployment stability

Requirements

• Hands-on production modern C++ software delivery experience
• Experience with build systems, toolchains, and dependency management
• Recent experience operating CI/CD for compiled software
• Recent Docker, Podman, and containerized-workflow experience
• Strong Linux/Unix systems knowledge
• Debugging and troubleshooting experience
• Experience in air-gapped or isolated DevOps environments
• Experience supporting Python deployment and distribution
