You will partner with Sales and Business Development on Model Studio opportunities. You will discover technical requirements, build and present tailored demos and proofs of concept, design solution architectures and pricing, resolve technical objections, and support handoffs after sale.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery calls with Sales and Business Development
- Design, build, and deliver customized technical demos and proofs of concept
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and pricing structures
- Resolve technical objections during the sales cycle
- Support technical scoping and Order Form drafting
- Channel customer feedback to the Product team
- Create reusable technical sales assets
- Provide post-sale onboarding support
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Knowledge of LLM inference, latency and throughput tradeoffs, GPU and token-based pricing, and model-serving architectures
- Ability to run live technical demos for technical and executive stakeholders
- Written and verbal English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Willingness to travel to client sites and regional offices
