Solutions Consultant Digital Assets

You will work with compliance, risk, and innovation teams at banks, VASPs, custodians, and regulators in the UAE and wider region. You will lead discovery, deliver advisory engagements and client-ready reports, develop scoped proposals, and bring field findings to Product and Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Spend extended periods on site with client compliance, risk, and innovation teams
• Run client and prospect discovery and document workflows, pain points, and regulatory obligations
• Bring findings to Product to shape the roadmap and sales approach
• Partner with Business Development in client and regulator conversations
• Present products and services and turn pain points into scoped proposals
• Deliver licensing readiness reviews, gap analyses, technical due diligence, strategy assessments, workshops, and reports
• Represent the company at industry events and regulator meetings
• Coordinate with teams across time zones

Requirements

• 3+ years in a client-facing consulting, solutions, or business development role, or in a compliance, risk, or regulatory role
• Experience working with banks, VASPs, or other regulated financial institutions
• Ability to work at client sites for weeks at a time and travel regularly across the GCC
• Knowledge of bank regulatory compliance and technology
• Professional writing and presentation skills
• Ability to run client relationships and engagements independently
