Responsibilities
- Build the Solutions operating system, internal tools, and automations
- Streamline pre-sales scoping and delivery operations
- Drive adoption of AI workflows and reusable assets
- Operationalize ROI frameworks for projects and use cases
- Define metrics, reporting, and dashboards
- Build customer-satisfaction measurement systems
- Codify delivery playbooks and ways of working
- Align operations with cross-functional partners
- Embed safety, security, and compliance into processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, or chief of staff roles
- Cross-functional initiative leadership
- Process optimization and business KPI experience
- Negotiation and diplomacy skills
- Internal tool and data workflow experience
- Analytical skills for ROI frameworks and reporting
- Technical acumen and AI fluency
- Native-level English fluency
