Software QA Engineer Intern

You will develop and maintain automated UI and end-to-end tests, execute manual test cases, and document results. You will write test cases and test plans, investigate failures, report reproducible defects, and collaborate to verify and retest fixes. You will also optimize QA workflows using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated UI and end-to-end tests using Playwright
• Execute manual test cases and document results
• Write test cases and test plans for new features
• Investigate test failures and log clear, reproducible bug reports
• Collaborate with developers and business users to reproduce, verify, and retest defects
• Optimize QA workflows using AI tools to turn Jira tickets into test cases and map test scenarios and coverage

Requirements

• Currently pursue or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrate basic programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or another language
• Understand SDLC, STLC, test cases, bug reporting, and regression testing
• Demonstrate awareness of Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or other test automation tools
• Have experience using AI tools
• Understand basic CI/CD concepts
• Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Be eager to learn and receive feedback
