Software Engineer User Operations

You will build product-quality infrastructure that captures, triages, routes, and acts on customer and product feedback. You will develop AI-powered feedback systems, dashboards, data pipelines, bug-intake workflows, and integrations across operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered systems that synthesize and route customer feedback
• Build dashboards and data pipelines for quality visibility
• Build intelligent bug intake and triage systems
• Build integrations with ticketing, payment, CRM, and data-warehouse systems
• Partner with specialists and support engineers to identify pain points and ship solutions

Requirements

• Experience delivering impactful technical projects cross-functionally
• Experience building internal tools, developer platforms, or operations infrastructure
• Full-stack engineering skills
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics tooling
• Product knowledge of Cursor and AI-assisted development workflows
• Experience integrating third-party platforms including ticketing systems, payment processors, and CRMs
