Responsibilities
- Build resilient and adaptable fintech platforms and components in Java
- Refactor code to improve design
- Write comprehensive automated tests
- Automate repetitive development tasks
- Contribute to design discussions
- Collaborate through pair programming and team rotation
Requirements
- Commercial software development experience
- Strong Java programming skills
- Confidence working in a large codebase
- Interest in understanding how systems work under the hood
- Experience or willingness to apply TDD principles
- Clear communication of ideas and thought processes
