Software Engineer Site Reliability Engineer

You will improve the reliability, scalability, security, and operability of production infrastructure and customer-facing services. You will define service-level objectives, build observability systems, identify reliability risks, improve change safety and recovery, and automate operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve reliability goals using SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and operational metrics
• Design and build observability foundations
• Analyze production systems and drive reliability architecture improvements
• Improve rollout strategies, capacity planning, load validation, graceful degradation, and incident learning
• Build automation, internal tooling, and self-service workflows to reduce operational toil

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
