You will design, build, and launch production storage-system features. You will solve performance issues and customer requirements for latency, availability, and durability. You will lead incident response, contribute to postmortems, mentor peers, and review code and designs.

- Design, build, and launch production storage-system features and improvements
- Solve performance issues and customer latency, availability, and durability requirements
- Lead incident response and recovery

- Mentor peers and conduct code and design reviews
- Ground decisions in data and reasoning
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software development experience
- 2+ years building storage systems or databases
- High-performance C++, Rust, or JVM-based languages
- Scalable and resilient distributed systems
