Software Engineer Product

You will own product features from definition through maintenance, partner with Product and Design on user outcomes, and build reliable full-stack systems. You will use experiments and metrics to improve results, strengthen engineering practices, and provide architectural direction, reviews, mentoring, and clear technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own product surfaces from definition through design, implementation, launch, measurement, and maintenance
• Partner with Product and Design to improve user interactions and metrics
• Build responsive and reliable full-stack systems
• Use TypeScript, React, Node.js, Temporal, and integrations to deliver features
• Form hypotheses, instrument work, release incrementally, and evaluate results
• Improve tooling, standards, tests, observability, and release practices
• Provide architectural direction, reviews, and mentoring

Requirements

• 5 or more years building and shipping customer-facing products
• Experience delivering end-to-end features with measurable user or business outcomes
• Experience leveraging AI agents in engineering work
• Experience owning features or experiments from planning through launch
• Analytics and metrics experience
• Experience validating work through reproductions, logs, and tests
