Software Engineer Kernel Reliability

You will improve the reliability of compute clusters, inference systems, training systems, and production services. You will investigate failures, build and enhance debugging tools, collaborate on reliability-focused software and hardware designs, and drive incident follow-ups that reduce downtime.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical roadmap and execution for kernel-centric reliability
• Reduce system and service downtime through tooling, analysis, and debugging support
• Enhance debugging tools to speed failure analysis
• Improve the software stack and kernels for on-field debugging and failure analysis
• Co-design reliability and debugging capabilities with hardware architecture teams
• Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, post-mortems, and reliability follow-ups
