Software Engineer Growth

You will build and optimize onboarding, activation, viral, and monetization experiences. You will work across frontend, backend, and analytics instrumentation, run A/B tests, improve experimentation tooling, and translate business goals into technical implementations.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize onboarding flows, activation funnels, and viral loops
• Implement credit systems, paywalls, pricing experiments, and upgrade flows
• Run A/B tests and improve experimentation tooling
• Own growth metrics including sign-ups, activation, conversion, and retention
• Work across frontend, backend, and analytics instrumentation
• Translate business goals into technical implementations with product, design, and data counterparts

Requirements

• 3+ years building production web applications
• Strong full-stack fundamentals
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js or similar technologies
• A/B testing, analytics, and metric interpretation skills
• Experience with growth or monetization systems such as onboarding, paywalls, referrals, or payment flows
