Software Engineer Golang Serverless Containers

You will build a serverless container platform for AI applications, APIs, managed workers, and MCP servers. You will develop image delivery, placement, routing, autoscaling, scale-to-zero capabilities, and GPU container support. You will write Go, make architecture decisions, and work with product managers on a deployable developer platform.

Responsibilities

• Build the container platform, including image delivery, placement, request routing, scale-up, and scale-to-zero across CPU and GPU
• Improve cold starts through snapshotting, prewarming, and image-layer caching
• Support GPU-backed containers, streaming responses, long-lived connections, and MCP servers
• Write Go and own architecture and complex implementation decisions
• Partner with Product Managers on platform decisions

Requirements

• Experience shipping production systems in Go
• Experience building container or workload platforms involving orchestration, scheduling, isolation, or request routing
• Deep knowledge of Linux namespaces, cgroups, image layers, and page cache
• Knowledge of multi-tenancy, density, isolation, and fairness
• Significant experience building complex backend or infrastructure systems
• Experience partnering with product, design, and business teams to ship software for users
