Software Engineer Enterprise Engineering

You will build enterprise capabilities, backend services, integrations, and self-hosted deployment tooling. You will own projects from design through production, translate customer requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and improve security, reliability, observability, and engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise capabilities.
• Improve self-hosted deployment, configuration, upgrades, and observability.
• Build backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Implement security controls and compliance-related capabilities.
• Build and maintain integrations with customer developer tools and internal systems.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements and troubleshoot production issues.
• Drive projects through design, implementation, testing, release, and operation.
• Contribute to design and code reviews, mentor engineers, and improve tooling and practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience building and operating backend systems or distributed infrastructure in production.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, Go, Java, or a comparable modern backend stack.
• Experience designing and maintaining REST, GraphQL, or similar APIs.
• Experience with microservices, asynchronous job processing, and event-driven architectures.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL, including schema design and query performance.
• Experience with AWS or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and production observability.
• Engineering fundamentals in testing, code reviews, version control, debugging, and maintainable system design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
