Social Media Manager

Manage HaHa App's social media presence by creating and publishing text, image, video, and blog content; engaging with followers; monitoring web traffic, SEO, and campaign ROI; supporting go-to-market activities; and maintaining consistent brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Test and iterate go-to-market strategies across digital, advertising, communications, and creative channels
• Apply an analytical framework to marketing activities
• Brand and position HaHa as an industry leader and first mover for the crypto community
• Research current trends and audience preferences
• Align social media strategy with business goals
• Set objectives and report on ROI
• Create, edit, and share engaging content across text, video, and blog formats
• Monitor web traffic and SEO metrics
• Ensure brand consistency across marketing, design, sales, and customer service collaboration
• Monitor customer reviews and respond to queries promptly and politely
• Oversee digital design of social media profiles
• Implement promotions and giveaways to increase brand awareness
• Stay current on social media technologies, design tools, and applications

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a social media manager
• Hands-on experience in content creation, tracking, and management
• Copywriting skills
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking abilities
• Ability to deliver creative text, image, and video content
• Working understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Familiarity with web design
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field
