SoC Architect Chiplet

You will architect and specify chiplets for robotics and automotive applications. You will translate high-level requirements into detailed architectural direction, identify features that improve performance, power, area, safety, and reliability, and collaborate across design, verification, software, and systems functions.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of SoC architecture, including interconnects, I/O, memory, and CPUs
• Knowledge of performance, power, and reliability constraints
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn functional safety, ISO 26262, and automotive-grade design challenges
• 5+ years of experience translating high-level requirements into detailed architectural direction
