SEO Specialist

Location: Remote (EU or Ukraine preferred)

We’re building high-performing niche sites in iGaming verticals and are looking for an SEO with a business mindset.

This is not a junior role or a checklist SEO job. We’re seeking someone who’s already launched and ranked projects, understands how to find gaps and opportunities in SERPs, and knows how to scale them.

Key Requirements:
3+ years in SEO for Tier 1 markets
Proven success ranking branded, competitive keywords
Experience launching sites in iGaming or similar niches
Understanding of both white-hat and more "aggressive" techniques (when appropriate)
Experience with link buying, PBNs, and quality domain analysis (DR/traffic/relevance)
Ability to identify promising brands/keywords and make decisions
Strong analytical skills and hands-on testing mindset
Comfortable managing external writers, linkbuilders, and tech resources
English B1+ (you can write, research, and communicate clearly)

Bonus if you:
Think in terms of profit per site, not just traffic
Know how to rewrite or rebuild a site to hit top 3
Have experience automating or delegating SEO workflows

What You’ll Do:
Launch and scale niche sites targeting both branded and generic queries
Create and execute content/link strategies
Test ideas, analyze data, and iterate for growth
Work closely with a lean, results-driven team
Be measured by results, not hours
