Senior UX Designer with Enterprise experience

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a dedicated design team focused on building a unified experience for reservoir modeling.
Our client is a global leader in digital solutions for the energy sector, delivering an advanced software platform that supports the entire Oil & Gas lifecycle — from geological exploration to production optimization. The product helps engineers with reservoir modeling and decision-making.
You will collaborate closely with the customer team to deliver consistent, user-centered design solutions across complex engineering applications.

Responsibilities:

• Simplify complex technical processes into user-friendly designs for engineering teams.
• Understand product workflows and integrate new features into the existing experience.
• Lead user research and usability testing, and iterate on solutions based on findings.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and subject-matter experts to define requirements and communicate solutions through flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with the design team, communicate decisions, and incorporate feedback.
• Conduct UX audits and heuristic evaluations to identify usability improvements.
• Follow the Design System and align new features and UI patterns with established standards.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 5+ years of experience designing complex web or enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and scalable UI patterns.
• Proven ability to structure information and design effective interfaces for data-heavy, technical environments.
• Enterprise experience;
• Complex systems case studies;
• Senior level UI skills;
• Proven experience maintaining products post-MVP.
• Ability to understand existing product workflows and integrate new functionality effectively.
• Strong experience iterating on features based on research and feedback.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working within a design team.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and variables; familiarity with design systems and token-based design approaches.
• Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage priorities in cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
