Senior Trading System Support Engineer

Description
You will automate and operate trading-platform infrastructure, provide production support, monitor system health, resolve incidents, and participate in on-call rotations. You will improve deployment speed and latency, maintain security controls, manage service requests and issue priorities, and build monitoring, reporting, and release-automation capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage systems, infrastructure, and applications through automation
- Improve platform reliability, scalability, security, efficiency, and latency
- Provide operational support for internal platform users
- Practice incident response and blameless postmortems
- Participate in an on-call rotation and serve as an escalation contact
- Implement infrastructure security practices
- Monitor and resolve system-health and performance issues
- Manage user queries, service requests, and production incidents
- Manage trading-support initiatives including monitoring, reporting, and release automation
