Senior Technical Recruiter

You will support recruiting for specialized software engineering roles, manage candidates from outreach through interviews, conduct recruiter screens, build technical talent pipelines, coordinate with hiring partners, maintain accurate recruiting operations, and improve processes using recruiting tools, AI, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring for software engineering, autonomy, robotics, embedded software, infrastructure, machine learning, and related technical roles
• Manage candidate pipelines from initial outreach through interview stages
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate experience, motivations, and alignment
• Build pipelines for difficult-to-find technical talent
• Source and engage candidates across relevant industries
• Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiting partners to resolve pipeline blockers
• Maintain ATS accuracy, candidate follow-up, and recruiting data
• Deliver a responsive candidate experience
• Develop knowledge of software engineering roles and talent markets
• Use recruiting tools, AI, and automation to improve efficiency
• Support recruiting process improvements and documentation

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience supporting software engineering, technical, or complex searches
• Experience managing candidate pipelines across multiple open roles
• Sourcing, candidate engagement, or recruiter screening experience
• Experience using ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting tools
• Communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to prioritize competing needs in a fast-paced environment
