Senior Technical Recruiter

You will lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, partner with hiring managers to define candidate signals, build repeatable interview loops, and source talent through technical communities. You will advise technical leaders, translate priorities into hiring plans, develop hiring frameworks and rubrics, and use market insight to improve hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting across technical functions
• Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to define role requirements
• Build repeatable interview loops
• Source technical talent through GitHub, LinkedIn, and technical communities
• Advise engineering and product leaders on talent-market conditions
• Translate roadmap priorities into hiring plans
• Create and refine interview frameworks, assessments, and hiring rubrics
• Use data and judgment to improve hiring quality

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• History of hiring senior engineers, data scientists, ML practitioners, and technical product managers
• Fluency with GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative sourcing approaches
• Technical fluency to evaluate role-fit signals and candidate quality
• Knowledge of developer tools, AI, and software development
