Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Semiconductor

You will develop and execute recruitment strategies for semiconductor, engineering, and technology talent. You will source and engage candidates, map talent markets, manage recruitment channels, partner with hiring managers, advise on hiring decisions, improve the candidate experience, provide talent insights, strengthen employer branding, ensure legal compliance, and improve talent-acquisition processes.

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for technical talent
• Source and engage passive candidates
• Conduct semiconductor talent market mapping and analysis
• Manage recruitment activities across multiple channels
• Partner with hiring managers to assess candidates
• Advise hiring teams on talent availability, market competitiveness, and hiring considerations
• Ensure a first-class candidate experience
• Use recruitment technology to provide talent insights and recommendations
• Strengthen employer brand and talent presence
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment laws and regulations
• Contribute to talent-acquisition process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 8–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Experience hiring for semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, chip design, electronics, or related engineering and technology functions
• Understanding of the semiconductor and technical talent landscape
• Experience in regional or international recruitment across multiple Asian markets
• Hands-on sourcing capabilities for passive technical talent
• Stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and recruitment technology
