Senior Strategic Engagement Manager

You will lead strategic enterprise engagements from deployment through long-term value realization. You will translate executive AI and customer experience strategies into scalable outcomes, coordinate delivery plans and stakeholders, manage risks and timelines, lead executive reviews, and identify expansion opportunities.

• Represent agentic AI and customer experience transformation expertise in customer engagements
