Senior Staff Technical Program Manager

You will plan, execute, and deliver complex releases for the Hivemind Enterprise platform. You will lead command-and-control initiatives for autonomous systems, create project plans and resource allocations, manage schedules and risks, communicate progress to stakeholders, facilitate technical tradeoffs, and improve program-management processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex software releases
• Lead initiatives for command-and-control interfaces for autonomous systems
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, design, and customer engagement teams
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Communicate project status, challenges, and accomplishments to stakeholders
• Improve project-management processes, tools, and methodologies
• Facilitate technical decision-making and prioritization
• Drive disciplined execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in program management, engineering management, software engineering, enterprise software testing, artificial intelligence, or robotics
• Experience driving complex software and integrated hardware-software releases
• Technical knowledge of software development and the software development lifecycle
• Ability to assess project efficiency and use cost-benefit analysis
• Problem-solving and communication skills
• Leadership and interpersonal skills
• Power-user proficiency with Jira or work-management tools
