Senior Staff Technical Program Manager

You will guide next-generation autonomous-aircraft conceptual design and tradespace analysis. You will set objectives from customer use cases, define cost-versus-performance metrics, manage schedules and costs, align stakeholders, make system-design trade decisions, and deliver products to customers on time.

Responsibilities

• Set objectives based on customer-provided use cases
• Develop metrics for cost-versus-performance trades
• Plan and manage effort schedules and costs
• Develop and deliver strategic products to customers
• Own effort execution and align stakeholders
• Make informed decisions on system design, mission utility, and cost trades
• Ensure on-time and on-target product delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 10 years of technical program management or study and project management experience
• Defense, national security, or aerospace domain familiarity
• Cross-functional team leadership experience
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Active Secret clearance and eligibility for Top Secret clearance
• Experience driving technical projects balancing engineering development and business-growth needs
• Experience translating technical information and customer needs into product narratives
• Experience conducting product, technology, and market discovery with subject-matter experts
• Active Top Secret clearance and eligibility for SCI
