Senior / Staff Full-Stack AI Engineer

You will build and operate the backend for an AI agent that plans multi-step requests and uses music models and audio tools. You will design evaluations, datasets, release gates, data pipelines, and internal review tools. You will also provide on-call and launch support.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the backend for a multi-step AI agent
• Design evaluations, datasets, and release gates
• Develop data pipelines for the agent and its evaluations
• Create internal tools for running and reviewing evaluations
• Provide on-call and launch support
• Help onboard new engineers

Requirements

• 4–6 years building and scaling production backend systems
• Experience shipping and operating an LLM-powered agent or feature with multi-step tool calling
• Experience building evaluations for nondeterministic systems
• Experience using evaluation results to make release decisions
• Experience operating production systems and collaborating with ML engineers, product managers, and partner teams
