Senior Staff Business Development Account Executive Autonomy Specialist

You will own the full sales lifecycle for Hivemind opportunities across assigned accounts and territories. You will develop capture strategies, build customer relationships, lead proposals, position technical solutions, manage forecasts and CRM data, and represent the role at industry and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full sales lifecycle for Hivemind opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory and capture strategies.
• Identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with defense and government decision-makers.
• Lead proposal development with BD Operations and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct competitive analysis and position Hivemind effectively.
• Translate customer needs into technical and operational solutions with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams.
• Manage deal qualification, strategy, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
• Represent the role at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
• Communicate pipeline status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of business development, sales, or capture experience in technically complex domains.
• Proven experience owning and closing deals in UAE government or defense markets.
• Deep understanding of defense acquisition processes and the government procurement lifecycle.
• Experience developing and executing capture strategies for complex opportunities.
• Technical aptitude to engage with Engineering, Product, and Operational stakeholders.
• Communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor's degree.
