Senior Solutions Engineer German Speaker

You will partner with account executives to discover customer requirements, demonstrate solutions, scope POCs, and design technical solutions for complex deals. You will address technical objections, provide integration and security guidance, develop reusable demo assets, share field feedback, and support customer handovers.

Responsibilities

• Execute discovery calls to understand customer requirements and technical environments
• Design and deliver solution demonstrations
• Address technical objections and integration concerns
• Support stakeholder workshops for complex deals
• Partner with account executives on account strategy and forecasting
• Design repeatable demo methodologies
• Develop reusable demo, integration, and industry-playbook assets
• Provide guidance on APIs, SDK integrations, security, compliance, and scalability
• Share customer and competitive feedback with Product
• Brief Customer Success during handovers
• Travel to customers for discovery, executive conversations, and demos

Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience at SaaS companies
• Consultative discovery, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Technical depth in creation flows, APIs, integrations, security, or compliance
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business value and ROI
• Business and technical presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple POCs, demos, and customer conversations
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to be based in or around Zurich, Munich, Berlin, or London
