Senior Software QA Engineer Functional Embedded QA

You will define and execute QA strategies for warehouse automation and logistics software. You will collaborate on requirements and test coverage, improve QA processes and CI/CD integration, perform functional and performance testing, coordinate offshore QA work, mentor engineers, and manage defects.

Responsibilities

• Define comprehensive QA strategies
• Collaborate with development and product teams on requirements and test coverage
• Evaluate and implement QA processes, tools, and frameworks
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing
• Coordinate offshore SQA work
• Mentor junior QA engineers
• Manage and prioritize the defect lifecycle

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Have at least 5 years of software QA or related experience
• Demonstrate understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle
• Have experience with automation tools and scripting languages
• Demonstrate familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
• Demonstrate analytical and communication skills
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks
