Python AI Developer
We are looking for an experienced Python AI Developer to join a team building modern AI-powered solutions based on Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and agentic AI.
You will combine strong backend development skills with hands-on AI experience, contributing to the design, development and optimization of scalable solutions in a modern Azure Cloud and microservices environment.

What you bring
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with Python and FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with Pydantic.
- Solid understanding of asyncio and asynchronous/parallel programming.
- Practical experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
- Experience developing agentic AI applications.
- Good understanding of RAG pipelines, vector databases and hybrid search.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and take ownership.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure Cloud and services such as Service Bus, Data Lake, Blob Storage or Redis.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, including state management, long-term memory or human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Familiarity with MCP or A2A protocols.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of .NET / ASP.NET Core.
- Experience with MongoDB or Azure SQL.
