You will own high-impact projects from concept through production. You will ship full-stack features, maintain performance and UI quality, make technical decisions, diagnose production issues using instrumentation, and help prioritize work through customer conversations.

- Own and deliver major features from prototype to production deployment
- Ensure performant code, polished UI, and thoughtful error handling
- Drive technical decisions and balance speed with completeness
- Diagnose production issues using instrumentation and measurement
- Attend customer calls, question priorities, and focus work on measurable impact
Requirements
- Deep full-stack engineering experience
- Track record of shipping customer-facing features in a high-growth environment
- Clean, reviewable code and attention to UI and backend consistency
- Strong communication skills
