Senior Software Engineer

You will architect high-performance infrastructure for large-scale model training and complex simulations. You will design and optimize neuroscience-informed reinforcement learning environments, turn research prototypes into scalable production systems, and resolve technical bottlenecks across low-level optimization and system design.

Responsibilities

• Architect high-performance infrastructure for large-scale model training and complex simulations
• Design and optimize custom reinforcement learning environments informed by neuroscience
• Write clean, fast, production-grade code
• Turn research prototypes into scalable production systems
• Resolve technical bottlenecks across low-level optimization and system design

Requirements

• Produce clean, maintainable, well-tested code while iterating quickly on research prototypes
• Architect complex systems from scratch
