Senior Software Engineer - Agentic Platform

You will design, build, test, and deploy backend systems for high-scale financial applications. You will lead architecture decisions, improve CI/CD and cloud automation, debug production issues, support on-call operations, and build agent-based systems for creating, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy backend systems
• Lead architecture reviews and technology decisions
• Write tested code and review peer code
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Security teams
• Improve CI/CD, observability, and cloud automation
• Debug production issues and improve reliability and uptime
• Contribute to internal documentation and onboarding
• Participate in a Tier 2/3 on-call rotation
• Build and evolve an agent-based systems platform

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience
• Experience in an OOP language such as Python or C#
• Experience with cloud-native environments and containerization
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with scalable architecture, distributed systems, and performance optimization
• Understanding of testing strategies, code quality, and security best practices
• Fluency in written and verbal English and Hebrew
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with LLM or agent systems, including tool use, orchestration, and evaluating non-deterministic behavior
• Hands-on AWS experience with identity and access management
