You will design, run, and interpret primary human T-cell assays; characterize gene-editing enzymes; and define candidate-selection criteria. You will lead in vivo mouse and NHP studies with CRO partners, direct pharmacology and safety work for IND-enabling studies, contribute to regulatory filings and agency interactions, and mentor scientists while building a small team.

- Own T cell immunology strategy across oncology and autoimmunity programs
- Translate program goals into assay and study plans
- Lead mouse and NHP studies for PK/PD, biodistribution, persistence, and immunogenicity with CRO partners
- Drive pharmacology and safety components of IND-enabling work, including toxicology study design and CRO oversight
- Assess biodistribution and insertional mutagenesis and author regulatory filing sections
- Represent data in pre-IND and agency interactions, partner meetings, and internal governance
- Design, run, and interpret in vitro potency and specificity assays in primary human T cells and cell lines
- Mentor scientists and grow the team
